When a customer books your service, Poppermint holds the customer's payment until the gig is complete. We then send your earnings (your full asking price) directly to you via e-transfer.

Absolutely! You can message students to ask questions before or after booking. A "contact me" button can be found on each gig page, which allows you to contact the student directly. We encourage clear communication so everyone’s on the same page!
